During 50 to 60 minutes an intensive, effective and fun training awaits you. It is the professionally developed interaction of the following three training blocks that make you all around fitter at CrossFit Saas-Fee.
Your body is getting prepared for the intensive part of the training for ten minutes. The cardiovascular system will be activated.
Thanks to the 20 to 30 minutes of specific and conceptually developped strength training you increase your fitness.
This part of the training is designed to make your whole body stronger in a medium time frame.
At the very end, it’s time to get down to business. Depending on the duration and intensity of the preceding strength section, the challenging workout (WOD) can vary from a few minutes to half an hour.
