Team Training

Team training is for all athletes within team sports who want to improve the spirit
and resilience within the team mixed with a lot of fun.

Together they complete hard and intensive training sessions to grow as a team. In addition to the physically challenging training we are also specialized in technical training for Olympic weightlifting. All workouts can deviate from the usual duration (50-60 minutes) - adapted to the wishes of the coach.
